We offer three kinds of designs: Rhinestone, Appliquéd and Printed.
Rhinestone designs are set in the garment by using a commercial bonding adhesive under heat and pressure. This is the commonly accepted method of decorating garments using rhinestones.
Appliquéd designs are individually embroidered and then attached to the garment under heat and high pressure. We have used appliqués for over 10 years with excellent results. Appliquéd designs are available in two general sizes:
- “P” designs are smaller and designed for the left chest of polo shirts and button front shirts. They can also be placed in the upper left of unisex t-shirts/sweatshirts and in the top center of ladies t-shirts.
- “F” designs are full size and meant for t-shirts and sweatshirts only. They cannot be placed on any shirt with buttons.
Printed designs are either directly screen printed on the garment or applied via a screen printed transfer. We use only high quality plastisol inks for durability and color brightness.
CARE DIRECTIONS: Any directions on the tag of a garment are meant for that garment without decorations. All decorated garments should be washed inside out, gentle cycle, cold or warm water. All decorated garments should be dried inside out. Rhinestone designs should be line dried, or as an alternative, tumble dried, gentle cycle, low heat for a few minutes and then line dried. Appliquéd designs should be tumble dried, gentle cycle, low heat. Printed designs should also be tumble dried, low heat, gentle cycle. Hot water and high heat in the dryer will cause a garment to lose color faster than a garment washed in cold heat and dried in low heat.
