We sell only first quality garments and we stand behind our products. Any defective item will be replaced or repaired. In the case of a garment defect (hole, stain, etc), we will replace the garment only if it has not been worn or washed. Once a garment is washed or worn, our liability for defects ends.
With over 20,000 combinations of designs, garments, sizes and colors, it is impossible to stock every single one. Most of our items are custom made for your order and many may not be returned or exchanged. If you have never ordered from us before, PLEASE, use our size charts to determine your proper size. Some of our garments are unisex, some are ladies and the sizing differs from one garment to another. Our “GARMENT INFO” section details sizing information.
Generally, the following items are considered “STOCK” and may be returned or exchanged
within 30 days of purchase:
- All “F” designs on unisex short sleeve t-shirts and sweatshirts
- Nightshirts
- All "P" designs on unisex polo shirts
- Cardigans
- All Rhinestone Designs on Black or Chocolate ladies t-shirts.
- All printed designs on unisex and ladies short sleeve t-shirts
ALL OTHER GARMENTS ARE CONSIDERED “NON-STOCK” AND
MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
To know for sure if your item is returnable or not, check the shopping cart before you checkout.
All returns/exchanges must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
