An embroidery partner for your resale projects

Use our embroidery capabilities when your business needs stitched apparel for a customer, an additional decoration method, or help with repeat orders. We work with eligible businesses purchasing decoration for resale. Account approval and project review are required; a business website account alone does not activate wholesale pricing.

Polos, caps, jackets, bags, and workwear

Embroidery creates stitched logos and lettering on compatible garments. Fabric, seams, pockets, garment construction, and hoop access affect where a design can be sewn. Tell us the exact garment brand and style, along with the requested placement and finished design size. Our team will review suitability before quoting.

You may request garments through us or ask about supplying your own items. Confirm garment acceptance and production requirements before purchasing or sending customer-supplied apparel. Prepare your artwork for a contract embroidery quote

Email your logo or artwork, approximate design dimensions, garment styles and colors, size quantities, and embroidery placements. If you have an existing embroidery file, include it for review. If digitizing is needed, we will confirm the preparation requirements and applicable charges. Small lettering and fine detail may need adjustment for embroidery.

Include your business and contact details, needed-by date, garment details, and any special finishing or shipping requests. For a repeat order, provide the previous order reference and the approved logo version so we can confirm the intended design. Current garment availability and production timing are reviewed for each request.

Pricing and production planning

There is no minimum garment quantity. Approved wholesale/reseller accounts are exempt from our $20 minimum order value. Embroidery pricing depends on the design, stitch count, quantity, garment, and placement. Garments, digitizing, additional locations, and shipping are included in your quote as applicable; catalog garment prices do not represent a complete decorated quote.

New accounts show MSRP until our team reviews and assigns the appropriate pricing tier. Review our current price lists and production availability, then ask us to confirm timing for your order. Production and carrier transit are separate.
