When you order from S&S Activewear and ship to A+ Images for decorating, you will receive FREE UPS ground shipping from S&S warehouses by simply using our address. It’s just that easy!  No minimum orders!  If you do not have an account with S&S Activewear, you can set up an account at  Register (ssactivewear.com). Opening an account with S&S gives you access to over 100 brands.

Since the S&S system is coded to provide free shipping to A+ Images using our address, it is important you format our address as shown in the screen shot below.

If done correctly, you will see the text in green that says “You are shipping to a Contract Network Decorator.  All primary shipment methods are free when shipping from our warehouses!”  The free shipping program does not work with drop-shipped items.  However, those items will still ship free if manufacturer minimums are met.  Those minimums vary by manufacturer.

Finally, in the PO section of S&S’s checkout page, put your company name or abbreviation and the PO number for the order that you emailed us with the order details.  This helps us quickly match up paperwork to the box of shirts and get your order into the production queue.  PLEASE EMAIL PAPERWORK/PO/ORDER DETAILS TO US BEFORE ITEMS ARE DELIVERED.  If an order comes in and we don’t have paperwork to match it to immediately, it will get put to the side.  These can get forgotten about and delay your order.

Example: Company Name: “ACME Shirt Co, Inc.” with PO 429720 could be “ACME 429720”
