Outside Sales Manager

A+ Images is looking for an Outside Sales Manager with experience in the custom apparel and promotional products industry. This is a commission-based opportunity with high commission rates, combining direct sales with the opportunity to develop and manage a sales team.

We want to grow our presence on the north and south side of Indianapolis and in other major cities. Tell us about the markets you know, your industry experience, and where you see an opportunity to build lasting customer relationships.

What you’ll do

• Develop new customer relationships and grow accounts for custom apparel and promotional products.
• Understand customer needs and work with our team to develop project quotes.
• Build and manage a sales team as the business grows.
• Help your team develop customer relationships and sales opportunities.
• Focus business development on the north and south side of Indianapolis and other major-city markets.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in the custom apparel and promotional products industry.
• The ability to develop business and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• An interest in developing, supporting, and managing a sales team.

Commission-based earnings

The position offers high commission rates on your sales. You’ll also develop and manage a team and earn a percentage of the team’s commissions.

Commission rates and the team commission structure will be discussed during the hiring process.
